We are the data controller for information collected through this website and our booking system.

  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Usage data necessary to keep you signed in and operate the site (see “Cookies” below)

3. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage — not tracking or advertising cookies. Specifically: an authentication cookie that keeps you signed in, and two local preferences (whether you've dismissed a promotional banner, and a sidebar display setting) stored in your browser. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required for these.
