1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or over to create an account or use our tanning services. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Minute Balances

Minutes purchased through our platform are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Minutes currently carry no expiry date, but Lettino Tannare reserves the right to introduce expiry with reasonable notice to customers holding a balance.

3. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase of minutes within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, for a full refund. This right applies only to the unused portion of your balance — once minutes have been used for a session, they are excluded from the cancellation right for that portion, as the service has been performed. To cancel, contact us using the details in section 8 within the 14-day period. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation request.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled by the customer up to 2 hours before the scheduled check-in time, with minutes returned to your balance. Cancellations within 2 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Lettino Tannare reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings with prior notice.

5. Safe Use of Sunbeds

Customers are responsible for using sunbeds responsibly and in accordance with guidance given by staff. We strongly recommend speaking to our team before your first session. Sunbeds must not be used by individuals under 18, or by those who have been advised by a medical professional to avoid UV exposure.

6. Account Conduct

Accounts must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Lettino Tannare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lettino Tannare shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
